Pork Loin in Crockpot

Note I made a DOUBLE recipe

2-2 1/2 LBS pork loin (I usually make from scratch, this time I tried a Smithfield pork loin PLUS my own pork loin ends that I cut from a previous video that you can watch here:
   • Save Serious Money For Your Family! P...
1 medium onion, diced
3-5 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Optional:
1-2 tsp Hedy Hedy House Seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 minced red bell pepper
1-2 tsp dried rosemary (rosemary is very good yet it can overpower a dish)
1/2 tsp thyme

Sear the pork pieces with a little cooking oil in a hot skillet. Make sure to sear all sides. This helps to make the meat more flavorful and juicy. Lay into crockpot along with the onion and garlic. Cook on low for 4-5 hours (depending on how many pounds of pork). I do NOT recommend cooking on high. Low and slow is the way to go. ENJOY!
