In this video i'm making one of the most famous Indonesian dish called sate ayam or commonly known as chicken satay.
Indonesian satay are made with marinated chicken grilled over fire and served with sweet peanut sauce, this dish was rated of one of the world's 50 best foods in the world by CNN

Ingredients :
For the chicken satay :
- Chicken thigh - 1/2 kg (or chicken breast)
- Salt - 1 tsp
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce / Kecap manis - 50 ml

For peanut sauce :
- Raw peanuts - 250 gr
- Chilli - 3
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Shallot - 7 cloves
- Kaffir lime leaves - 2
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Sweet soy sauce / kecap manis - to taste
