the oven is placed on top of a gas stove. Indeed it can be any fire source even camping fire. the highlight is motor driven turn table. It can be used by all OONi and its clones. the motor is 12 V DC, it can be powered by battery and is battery saving. and you need simply put the turn table inside pizzaoven. It does not need any installing. as simply as plug & play
