Eating disorders are still an extremely taboo subject. Even more so within male circles. In the pursuit of opening up a dialogue around the topic I spoke with Jason Wood who is a fantastic advocate and spokesperson for those living with eating disorders.

Living with Orthorexia himself, Jason details his own personal journey as well as exploring with me, how social media and male pride can hold us back from opening up and stop us having the tough conversations amongst ourselves.
