We all know the benefits of keeping fit. But what happens when we rely too heavily on being physically fit to better our mental health and self esteem.

This week I spoke with Jamie Yates. A long time friend and collaborator with WoeMan. Together we explored the benefits boxing gave Jamie physically and mentally as well as how we find the balance between being comfortable in our bodies and knowing when you're training for the wrong reasons.
