I've been struggling with the feeling of loneliness lately. I started to deal with it by falling into the age old trap of thinking that alcohol would lift my mood. It didn't.

So I thought I'd create a video instead and explain the rollercoaster I've been on as well as the thoughts and feelings that go through my head when I'm feeling this way. It's kind of therapy for me.
