Ini masih kurang perfect.. but after 4x trials. im pretty satisfied with the result. care to try make some? watch the videos, i give some tips and tricks..

Recipe :

Sauce / Saus :
100 ml water
2 sdm saos tomat / tomato ketchup
2 sdm soy sauce / kecap asin ( kikkoman )
2 sdm kecap inggris
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm mentega tawar
1/3 sdm tepung terigu
1 cubit garam

Nasi goreng jepang / omurice :
1 mangkuk nasi / 150 gram nasi
50 grams ayam potong
1/4 bawang bombay cincang
2 siung bawang putih cincang
2 sdm saus omu rice dari resep di atas
garam dan lada ( sesuai selera )

Japanese omelette :
4 EGGS with 25cm non stick pan!
