This is the fourth class in our Powered Up Series & we are adding on another 2 minutes of exercise. Beginning with weights we are using a mixture of dumbbells & kettlebells to get the most out of this quick hit session.
I am using 4kg (9lbs) & 6kg (13lbs) dumbbell & an 8kg (17.5lbs) kettlebell. 50 seconds working, 10 seconds rest.
We wrap the class up on our rebounder and finishing off with cardio.
