Pilates Reformer 60 Minute Full Body Stretch and Flow II Pilates by JessPFit

Props: Reformer Box, Yoga Block, Squishy Pad
In this 60 minute flow we will work on resetting and lengthening those tight, fatigued muscles so that you are feeling refreshed and ready to push hard in the days ahead!
We hit a bit of everything in this stretch and mobility flow. Lots of cuing is provided so that you are able to connect to your body and dig deep into those muscles while identifying imbalances and holding a strong core connection. Minimal equipment required.

A fitness enthusiast her entire life and avid runner, Jessica has always loved fitness! Jessica studied fashion at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She left her career in fashion in 2018 to pursue her passion for fitness. She received a Pilates Certification from WundaBar Pilates and jumped right in teaching at various WundaBar studios across Southern California. Teaching Pilates came so naturally that she decided to continue branching out and received her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification giving her the ability to start personal training and other group fitness. Jessica started teaching Pilates and Group Fitness at a Member’s Only Club based in Santa Clarita, CA in 2019. Knowledge and growth within the fitness community is important to Jessica and her dedication to her clients continues to drive her thirst for continued education and different certifications so she is able to provide the best workout possible! She has also received her TRIBE Team Training Certification which allows her focus on small group personal training, along with her TRX Certification. The Jess P Fit YouTube channel has been the latest addition to her work within the fitness space that developed after the COVID pandemic hit in 2020! The YouTube channel quickly gained traction and momentum with specific interest on her advanced Pilates Reformer workouts. Her journey through fitness has moved quickly and continues to drive her motivation to inspire others to be healthy and fit in life!
