OVER THE MOON! That's exactly how I felt when my good friend and cinematic enthusiast Terry presented me with 4 hours of AUDIO reel-to-reel music recorded direct from several 'Black & White Minstrels' BBC TV shows back in 1964. I am splitting this major collection into smaller helpings as it makes life easier for me. Unfortunately some clips end abruptly, but although I have tried to 'doctor' those parts with an extended note or applause, there will be an occasional sudden end. Also, please bear in mind that the tapes are over 50 years old, so expect the odd blip or three.

By way of thanks to my contributor, I am listing this and future 'live' recordings under the title, "Terry's Tapes". Thanks also to regular YouTube contributor Aeonterbor for his fervent interest in George Mitchell's Minstrels.

This particular excerpt is by way of a trial, as I'm not happy with a strange background noise which is not on the original tape, but has found its way here. Ah, the wonders of the steam age!
