Shakshuka, which many people are familiar with for its simple yet addictive taste!
Even if you donโ€™t use canned tomato product, you can make it simply and much more deliciously and healthily!!

You can use fresh tomatoes or tomato whole cans, but if the tomatoes are not ripe and have a sour taste, you can balance them with salty and sweet flavors. Add a little more onion, caramelize it more to bring out the sweetness, and season with salt.

The liquid contained in the tomato whole can is tomato juice, so just add it to the pot!
