l have been adding these 10 stretches on the regular during my entire pregnancy so far and it's made such a difference, I had to share with you!

This full body stretch includes my go-to stretches during pregnancy to prevent and alleviate those common discomforts that happen during pregnancy, like back and hip pain! We will hold each stretch for about 40-45 seconds to allow the muscles to relax!

Adding this stretch regularly to your week will help you maintain your flexibility and help with those tight muscles we experience during pregnancy! Add this stretch whenever you feel it's needed!

This stretch routine will not only help during your pregnancy, but it will also help your body prepare for labor and help you maintain your flexibility! These stretches are great for all trimesters, but of course, listen to your body and do what feels best!

Thanks for stretching with me!
Kaleigh :)
