Bierocks
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb hot sausage
2 large onion diced
1 head cabbage shredded
Shredded cheese
Salt
Pepper
Cavanders seasoning
2 boxes of Pillsbury hot roll mix ingredients from box

In a large heavy pot, brown meat. With onion, add cabbage, salt and pepper, simmer 45 to 60 minutes. Cool

Make dough from hot roll mix according to pkg instructions.
Roll out dough cut it to squares about 4x4 or 5x5 inch with pizza cutter
Add a little cheese and add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture
Pinch all 4 corners together

Put in a greased pan and let rise until about doubled in size

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
