Start by making your favorite bread dough. Brown 2 pounds of hamburger with 1 large onion. Drain the meat and onion mixture. Shred one large head of cabbage and add to meat and onion. Stir to blend and let the heat cook down the cabbage.
Roll out a small portion of the bread dough after its final rise and cut into rectangles or triangles about 6 inches. Place a couple of tablespoons of the meat mixture on the dough and fold the sides up and over. Seal by pressing the edges together. Place on a cookie sheet and repeat with the remaining dough and meat mixture. Bake at 375 for about 20 - 30 minutes until bread is nicely browned. Cool and enjoy. Can also be frozen for later use.
