In this video I show you how to make Mini Cheeseburger Dough Balls.
These meat buns are super delicious and easy to make.
This stuffed bread recipe is perfect for a party snack or appetizer.

Mini Cheeseburger Balls Recipe:

Dough:
120 ml (1/2 cup) warm water
2 tbsp dry yeast
375 g ( 3 cups) all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk

Cut the dough into 12 pieces

Filling:
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
500 g minced meat
salt
pepper
1 clove of garlic
2 dried chilies
cheddar cheese slices

For finishing: melted butter, sesame

Bake at 180 degrees C ( 356 F) for 25-30 min in preheated oven

Sauce / Dip :
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mayonnaise
