Today we are going to do a restorative session targeting the lower back to release pain and tension. It is a full length class because when you are in pain you simply can't rush things.
Get ready to let go, to prop up and get super comfy. We will be taking our time, to really relax our bodies, to really quiet our monkey mind and to really learn to listen to what our body needs and feels like.
Get all your props, turn on a meditative tune,..
and I'll see you on the mat !
