We all experience stress and anxiety as part of the walk of life, but that doesn't always make it easier to deal with it.
In this video we will breathe and move to release tension and address our anxieties in order to transform and release them.
For the next 30 minute yin yoga class we will be aiming to acknowledge what is going on in our lives so we can start feeling more at ease and find inner peace.
