[INDONESIAN]
Resep Ayam Panggang Madu (untuk 7-8 porsi)

Bahan marinasi:
1 ekor ayam negeri (berat 1,2 kg)
1 buah jeruk nipis
5 siung bawang putih
1 jempol jahe
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm gula palem
1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
½ sdt merica
½ sdt bubuk ngohiong
1 sdm minyak wijen
¼ sdt pewarna makanan merah (opsional)

Bahan olesan:
4 sdm madu
1 sdt minyak wijen
2 sdt kecap asin

Langkah:
1. Iris besar jahe dan bawang putih
2. Di dalam mangkuk, marinasi ayam dengan perasan jeruk nipis, bawang putih, jahe, kecap asin, saus tiram, gula palem, merica, kaldu ayam bubuk, bubuk ngohiong, minyak wijen, dan sedikit pewarna merah, aduk rata
3. Tutup dengan cling wrap sambal di tekan-tekan lalu diamkan di kulkas semalaman
4. Keringkan ayam lalu tusukan tongkat rotisserie lalu jepitkan penjepit hingga kencang
5. Ikat bagian paha ayam dengan tali lalu masukkan ke dalam panggangan. Panggang selama 60 menit. Untuk api bawah memakai api besar untuk api atas pakai api kecil atau jika menggunakan oven di suhu 180 derajat celcius
6. Untuk saus cocolan, campurkan madu, minyak wijen, dan kecap asin, aduk rata
7. Setelah 40 menit, oles ayam dengan olesan lalu panggang kembali
8. Sebelum dipotong diistirahatkan ayam selama 15 menit
9. Ayam panggang madu siap disajikan

Honey Roasted Chicken Recipe (yield 7-8 servings)

Marinade ingredients:
1 pc broiler (1.2 kg)
1 pc lime
5 clove garlic
1 thumb ginger
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp chicken powder
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp five-spice powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp red food coloring (optional)

Sauce ingredients:
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce

Steps:
1. Slice the ginger and garlic into large pieces.
2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with lime juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar, pepper, chicken powder, five-spice powder, sesame oil, and a bit of red food coloring. Mix well.
3. Cover it with plastic wrap and press it down. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
4. Pat the chicken dry, then pierce it with the rotisserie stick. Clip the chicken tightly.
5. Tie the thighs together with a twine, then roast it for 60 minutes. Use high heat at the bottom and low heat at the top. If you use an oven, set it to 180°C.
6. For the Sauce, combine honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well.
7. After 40 minutes, brush the chicken with the sauce. Roast it again.
8. Before carving, rest the chicken for 15 minutes.
9. Honey Roasted Chicken is ready to serve.
