Ayam panggang merah
Marinasi Ayam:
1 ekor ayam broiler (1-1.5 kg)
5 siung bawang putih
3 iris jahe
1 sdt bubuk ngohiong
2 sdt bubuk angkak
2 sdm hoisin sauce lee kum kee
1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm angciu
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm perasan lemon atau jeruk nipis
1 sdm gula
3 sdm madu
3/4 sdt garam
1 sdt lada
2 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
Saus gurih:
4 sdm saus hoisin (saya merk Lee Kum Kee)
75 ml air
2 sdm perasan jeruk nipis
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm gula
1 siung bawang putih cincang
Saus pedas:
7 Cabe merah keriting
2-5 buah Cabe rawit
3 siung Bawang putih
3 sdm Perasan jeruk nipis atau sonkit
2 sdm Gula
1/4 sdt garam
75 ml Air

Roast Chicken Chinese Style
for the marinade chicken:
1 chicken (about 1-1.5 kg)
5 cloves garlic
3 slices ginger
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tsp red rice yeast powder
2 tbsp hoisin sauce lee kum kee
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp cooking rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp honey
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp fround white pepper
2 tsp mushroom bouillon
For the sweet hoisin sauce:
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
75 ml water
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 clove finely chopped garlic
for the spicy sauce:
7 big red chilies
2-5 bird's eye chilies
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 ts salt
75 ml water
