DIVIDE and CONQUER FLEXIBLE COOKING SYSTEM - DESCRIPTION
(Grill grate insert suitable for Kamado Joe Classic Joe and Big Green Egg Large)

0:16 KAMADO JOE has developed a "Flexible Grill Rack" which is included in every KAMADO JOE Grill. This consists of various components. Firstly, the deflector plates, which are placed on the lower level. Deflectors are intended for indirect grilling. This means the deflectors only allow indirect heat to rise up.

Then you can use different grill grates with this rack. These are all half-moon-shaped for flexibility so you can use a couple on individual levels. There are always two grates that come standard with each grill.

1:05 MULTI-LEVEL GRILLING
You can build a second level if you use two more grates again. You can go one level higher with the optional grill grate EXPANDER accessory - it's a raised grill grate that you just place on top of the second level grates.

With these three stacked grills you can create large capacity for lots of guests - and everyone's happy!

1:36 BBQ CHICKEN WINGS
With the flexible cooking system you can stack several grill grate levels with two optional half-moon grill grates so that you can stack ingredients on top of each other.
