DESCRIPTION - The latest Classic Joe 3 innovation by Kamado Joe.

Today among the proven Classic Joe 1, the innovative Kamado Joe Classic 2, we focus on the brand new Kamado Joe Classic 3.

Charcoal is a living material. A living product that changes when it’s lit. There are large and small pieces of charcoal and ash. Even in a ceramic grill, you get so-called hot spots. Hot spots are zones that are hotter and zones that are cooler. And that's exactly what you don't want. They are the reason you have sleepless nights because you are not sure how to fix the problem.

That's why Kamado Joe developed a new product for the Classic 3 that solves this problem and guarantees better heat distribution.

INTRODUCING THE ** SLŌROLLER **
THE SECRET OF CLASSIC 3! THE SO-CALLED HYPERBOLIC CHAMBER

It may look like a UFO, but it's not.

The smart people at Harvard developed a system which optimises heat distribution in the grill. Simply put, the heat from below rises to the top through a hyperbolic smoking chamer, and the smoked is whirled out through the slot or opening, evenly in circular motion so that the heat distribution in the grill gets distributed around perfectly.

This means that if you barbecue a roast on the grill, you will get a perfect result in addition because of the perfect heat distribution. This way you won’t have any sleepless nights and you get praised from your wife and guests for a perfect roast.


THERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO THE CLASSIC JOE 3:

1. The new cart is made of powder-coated steel, and it’s magnetic. It also comes with a larger wheel base because the weight of the grill has increased. It also includes a storage rack on which additional accessories can be stowed when not needed for barbecuing.

2. The extended base, all ceramic, is longer in contrast to the previous models. You have an option to hang cables with a cable organiser if you use the iKamand or like accessory - more on this in another video.

3. The new side tables are made of heat-resistant aluminium.

4. The charcoal basket also known as the Kick Ash Basket is also included as standard.

5. The flexible cooking rack system is also used in the Classic Joe 3. This one is new and comes with three grill grate levels.


HOW ARE THE INDIVIDUAL ELEMENTS AND PARTS USED IN THE CLASSIC JOE 3?

First, the charcoal basket (Kick Ash Basket) is inserted into the firebox, and then the SloRoller is placed above it. Then the flexible Cooking Rack is placed directly onto the SloRoller in such a way that the individual grill grates can then be placed over it.

So the secret is out! Our first tests are very promising and we are very excited to see what other secrets the Classic Joe 3 will reveal to us.
