ingredient

how to make

1. Wash the garlic stems, cut them into 4-5cm pieces, blanch them in hot water, and drain the water through a sieve.
If the end is hard, cut it off a little.
2. Fry the dried shrimp over low heat and shake with a coarse sieve to shake off any debris.
3. Add oil to the pan, add the garlic stems and start frying.
4. When the oil is evenly coated and the color becomes dark, add soy sauce 2 and half a teaspoon of soup soy sauce and stir-fry until simmering.
5. When the seasoning is right, add dried shrimp, mix well and fry a little more.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of grain syrup or starch syrup and mix. Adjust the remaining sweetness with sugar.
