In this cooking video, I'll show you how to prepare a delicious vanilla pudding with mascarpone and blueberries. Vanilla pudding with mascarpone is a creamy dessert that tastes like vanilla and has the additional smooth texture of mascarpone. The blueberries add a fresh, sweet flavor. Ingredients:
• 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
• 50 g sugar
• 8 g vanilla sugar
• 400 ml milk
• 250 g mascarpone
• 300 g blueberries

Instructions:

Sort, wash, and drain the blueberries in a sieve.
In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and 6 tbsp of milk until smooth.
Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the pudding powder mixture constantly.
Return the saucepan to the heat and let the pudding cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Remove the saucepan from the heat again and stir in the mascarpone until fully incorporated.
Fill dessert glasses with the vanilla pudding mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
Place the dessert glasses in the refrigerator and chill the pudding for at least 2 hours or until set.
Before serving, remove the dessert glasses from the refrigerator, optionally garnish with whipped cream, and decorate with the prepared blueberries.
