Food #1: REFINED CARBS. Refined carbs include cookies, cakes, pastries, crackers, bread, pasta… it’s a big list and a lot of these foods make up a large part of the American diet. Research shows a diet rich in these foods leads to low testosterone levels. These foods lead to high amounts of belly fat, which contain an enzyme called aromatase. Aromatase converts testosterone into estrogen.

Food #2: DRIED FRUIT. A lot of guys think dried fruit is healthy because well, it’s fruit. But not only is dried fruit packed with sugar. It also contains phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are foods that increase estrogen levels, leading to belly fat and lower testosterone levels.
