Step 1 - Start with legs bent and feet flat on the floor - the straighter your legs, the more challenging it is. Grip onto the rings with your palms facing downwards.

Step 2 - Pull yourself all the way up, rotating your palms towards one another as you pull. Squeeze your middle back together at the top of the movement, ensuring your shoulders stay down and relaxed. Lower yourself back down slowly, with control, keeping a strong mid/upper back in the lowered position, so that you don't round your posture.
