The root and messaging of, not belonging, can take a swift hold on us - messaging from others/society becomes internalised and part of who we perceive ourselves to be in the world. It took some time for Chelsea to feel a sense of belonging in the yoga world, but as she redefined who she was in the space, along with her teaching, she kicked open doors for others. Chelsea believes this can expand into uniting communities.
