Master butcher Olli Häcker calls himself the Maultaschen King and makes genuine Swabian Maultaschen with the best ingredients and a lot of love for the craft. In his butcher shop in Sachsenheim, he processes not only the classics, such as spinach and sausage meat, but also one or two special ingredients, such as smoked sausage and lean pork.
In addition to the classic version with meat, he also has a vegetarian one on offer, which holds together well thanks to the added pea starch.
