Making something that tastes really good from very few ingredients. This is what a small family business in the village of Sefferweich in the Eifel stands for.
As a sideline, Heike and Uwe Link make short, thin, long and wide noodles in their factory. Cranking their small pasta machine, the ribbon noodles are then placed in "hordes" and dried for days.
