Hey Everyone!

I have now made these batches of English muffins many times and they've come out perfectly each time, so I promised I would share the recipe!
I also made pie so shared that along the way seeing as it was all on the same day lol.

I broke the costs down of these as well and was pleasantly surprised!
Based on the costs of the items I use from Aldi and costco etc, the double batch that I made broke down to 12c a piece! This is using tin coconut cream and the bakers flour from Costco.

In this video I made two batches of this dough, for a total of 56'ish.

400g Milk - I used a tin of coconut cream from aldi - 99c
400g warm water
80g olive oil - I used kirklands olive oil from costco - 80c
20g salt - table salt from costco - 2c
40g sugar - Raw Sugar - 6c
20g instant yeast - 34c
1100g Bakers Flour - I use Manildra from Costco - 1.10
(a total of approx 28 at 75g each, at 12c a piece or $3.32 in total, cheapest english muffins I can purchase are $3 for 6)

All ingredients in in that order, knead till silky and climbing the hook.
