Hey Everyone!

I decided I wanted to make english muffins yeasted so I could make them in bulk, fairly quickly, while I cannot get my sourdough starter to work in these temps, I am working on the proofing boxes, but its ongoing!
I was really happy with how this tweak went after figuring out the sizing and I made another huge batch a week or so later and will share the final results then!

Hamburgers, always a crowd favourite, and something I make when I have just minced the beef trim each month, though the buns were a little disappointing this time hehe!

And Creamy Ramen! so good, so simple.
