English Muffin Recipe Ingredients ( Makes around 16 muffins )

-700g Bread or All Purpose Flour - bread flour will give them a fluffier texture
-480ml Whole milk
-35g Sugar
-3 Teaspoons Instant Yeast
-12g Salt
-1 egg room temp
-1/4 cup butter ( 1/2 a stick )
-Cornmeal
