Getafe Passing Exercise

Phase 1 - Player passes to the left, and receives the 1-2 around the first mannequin. The player passes to the player on the next mannequin and when they receive it, they take their touch around the mannequin and pass to the player on the left who received the initial pass, who returns the ball to the beginning to restart the exercise. Repeat the exercise in the opposite direction.

Phase 2 - This progression begins the same with a 1-2 around the mannequin, but this time the pass is played to the player on the top yellow marker, then to the player who opens up off the mannequin before passing to the player who received the initial 1-2 before the exercise begins again. Repeat the exercise in both directions.

Phase 3 - This progression continues is the same as phase 2, a 1-2 around the mannequin, a longer pass to the player on the yellow marker (a coach added pressure to receive and control the ball) and then a longer return pass back to the beginning of the exercise. Repeat the exercise in both directions.
