Phase 1 - The players on the white marker pass the ball to the player on the yellow marker, who dribble the ball through the blue poles and then pass to the players on the outer red mannequins. These players pass the ball to the players at the top of each exercise, who play to the next player in the diamond of mannequins. These players dribble the ball diagonally towards the red poles, play a 1-2 with a coach and then pass to the other side of the exercise to restart.
