today's preparation
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 100g bread flour
- a pinch of salt
- 55ml hot water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 120g mozzarella cheese


- Adjust the amount of milk according to the concentration of sweet potatoes
- Adjust the amount of honey according to the sweetness of the sweet potato
- Bake on low heat for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake for 10 minutes (use plenty of olive oil)
