Today's ingredients: 1 sweet potato, cheese, salt, rice flour 1 Tbsp (wheat flour, starch can be substituted)

Garlic sauce: 1/2 Tbsp garlic, 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, a little honey, 1/2 Tbsp milk, 2-3 drops of lemon (optional)

-After giving it a golden color over low heat, add cheese, fold it, and bake it over medium-low heat as a finishing touch to make it more crispy! 😎
