Today on the show I'm excited to introduce Adrienne Smith.

Adrienne is a mechanical engineer turned longevity and peak performance specialist. She has 34 certifications and more than 26 years of experience spanning strength training, corrective exercise, bodywork, nutrition, and longevity. For the past 16+ years, Adrienne has owned a training facility catering to a diverse clientele - from athletes and seniors to literal fetuses in utero.

In today's conversation, we chop it up about our mutual connection with Strength Sensei Charles Poliquin, and the pivotal role he played in both of our lives. We unpack Adrienne's journey from mechanical engineer to prominent figure in the strength and fitness community, and how a childhood accident inadvertently changed the trajectory of her career.
