Emerald Torrus

The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine in the perineum area and extends down to your toes. It is your chakra of belonging, safety, survival, abundance, endings and new beginnings. Connecting you to family and your Ancestors.

The sacral chakra is located between the belly button and the perineum. It is your chakra of personal control, confidence, sensuality, sexuality, pleasure and self-worth. Connecting you to independence, creativity and your relationship to others.

The solar plexus chakra is located between your belly button and your breastbone. It is your chakra of self-identity, empowerment and nurturing, filling you with energy, strength, courage, confidence and bravery. Connecting you to your personal power and your intuition.

The Heart Chakra is located in the centre of your chest. It is your chakra of love and compassion for self and others. Filling you with trust, harmony, faithfulness and adventure. Connecting you to everyone and everything around you, and to being present.

The Throat Chakra is located in the centre of your throat and the back of your neck. It is your chakra of communication - listening and speaking. Filling you with freedom, choice, knowledge and leadership. Connecting you to your truth.

The Third Eye Chakra is located in the centre of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. It is your chakra of intuition, thoughts and psychic abilities. Filling you with truth, dreams and an openness to new ideas and ideals. Connecting you to spiritual awareness.

The Crown Chakra is located on the top of your head. It is your chakra of wisdom and divine love. Filling you with spiritual awareness, inspiration, devotion and trust in life. Connecting you to the Universe and your higher purpose on Mother Earth.
