Ingredients
150g small noodles (thin noodles)
one egg
1/4 pumpkins
2 shiitake mushrooms
seaweed flakes

Water 4C (800ml)
5 anchovies in soup
2 slices of kelp
Salt

Soup seasoning :
1T soy sauce
salt

Shiitake mushroom seasoning :
1t soy sauce
1/2t sesame oil
1/2t sugar
a little pepper
