Seringkali lutut kita terasa sakit / tidak nyaman karena otot2 sekitar lutut (paha depan, hamstring, bahkan bokong) tidak terlatih untuk menopang / membantu, atau mobilitas pinggul yang kurang.
Sesi ini akan melatih otot sekitar lutut, abdominal, bokong, dan pinggul.

Lakukan dengan tetap memperhatikan keadaan lutut selama latihan. Apabila terasa nyeri atau sangat tidak nyaman, hentikan dan istirahat.
