Super creamy cake with strawberries!
Also great as a birthday cake or Mother's Day cake . I make them with sponge cake, a light strawberry cream, topped with whipped cream, toasted slivered almonds and halved strawberries. Finally, I pour red cake jelly over them so that the strawberries last longer and the cake has a nice shine. IMPORTANT! Please put the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) before decorating! I forgot to mention this in the video! 🙈

Ingredients: (For a 26 cm diameter tart tin)

Biscuit:
80 grams of flour
40 g cornstarch
4 eggs (separate)
100 g powdered sugar
30g melted butter
pinch of salt

Cream:
500g mascarpone
Whip 300 ml milk with Paradise Creme Vanilla (Dr. Oetker).
Fresh cheese 175 g
75 g powdered sugar
220 g pureed strawberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
9 sheets of gelatin

Decoration (put the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours before):
200 ml cream + 1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp butter or margarine + 100 g flaked almonds
about 500 g strawberries halved

Glaze:
2 packs of red cake jelly
100 grams of sugar
