For cream:
200g (1+1/3 cup) strawberries
40g (2 tbsp) sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
Bring to the boil and simmer for another 5 minutes
9g (1 tsp) gelatine
60g (4 tbsp) cold milk
300g (1.5 cup) cream cheese
110g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
300g (1.5 cup) cream 33% fat
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours

For topping:
300g (2 cups) strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
20g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
1 bag of cake glaze (12g)
300g (2 cups) strawberries, halved
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours

------ 3 Recipe ------ 16:10 - 24:30
For dough:
5 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
50g (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
50g (3 tbsp) milk
150g (1 cup) flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
5 egg whites
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
Baking pan 28x18 cm
Bake for 40 minutes at 170 ℃ (338℉)

For pudding cream:
500ml (2 cups) milk
1 packet of vanilla flavour pudding (37g)
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
18g (6 tsp) gelatine
120g (1/2 cup) cold water
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
2 cans of fruit cocktail (500g each)
200g (1+1/3 cup) strawberries

For cream:
230g (1 cup) cream cheese
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
Leave in the fridge for 1 hour

For jelly layer:
6g (2 tsp) gelatine
40g (3 tbsp) cold water
Juice from fruit cocktails
200g fruits from fruit cocktails
