I eat day and night and I FORGOT my blood sugar! This cucumber salad is a treasure!



Zucchini.
Add salt and let it rest for a few minutes.
A cucumber the size of a zucchini.
Chinese grass.
Tomato.
Pepper.
Chives.
Remove moisture from the zucchini
Dust with flour.
Roasted golden brown.
Let cool down.
Soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame.

2 long cucumbers – 2 wonderful salads!
Cucumbers need to be pounded with a knife or rolling pin to make them crispy.
With this simple technique, cucumbers can be pickled in just a few minutes.
Then you can literally break the cucumbers with your hands
or cut into small pieces with a knife.
Add salt and give the cucumbers time to release their juice.
Garlic.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
A mixture of paprika, sesame seeds and vegetable oil.
Drain the juice from the cucumbers and pour in the marinade.

3 Recipe.
Remove the seeds and flesh from the cucumbers.
You have to tap the cucumbers.
Add salt and give the cucumbers time to release their juice.
Lightly fry 100 grams of peanuts in a pan.
Garlic.
Pepper.
Chives.
Soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame.
Very tasty cucumbers!
