Eat this cabbage salad every day for dinner and forget about blood sugar!

1/4 of a small fork of cabbage.
Pour boiling water over the cabbage.
Carrot.
Onion.
Sweet peppers.
Drain the cabbage.
Mash the vegetables well.
A bunch of coriander.
2 eggs.
Salt, spices and paprika to taste.
1 tbsp flour.
Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Cheese 70 grams.
Turn the tortilla over and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with basil leaves.
