Wall Pilates X Strength with Weights is absolutely a full body strengthening and toning class that in my opinion has just the right amount of everything. You will finish this class feeling blissful, strong and challenged.

1 hour workout with 60 different intervals.
Each interval is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of recovery or transition to the next move.
We will finish with a short stretch to wrap it up.

Equipment: set of medium dumbbells (i'm using 10's) and a wall
