Ingredients-
For Spinach puree
1 tblspn ghee
½ tspn black Cumin Seeds
1 cup blanched Spinach puree
Salt to taste
1 tblspn roasted gram flour.
For green peas saute
1 cup green peas
2 tblspn green
½ tblspn Cumin seeds
2 tblspn Choopd Green chilli
1 tblspn Choopd ginger
Salt to taste
1 tblspn Coriander powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
For Base mixing harabhara kebab
1 medium potato cut and fried
Sauted and coarser green peas
Sauted Spinach
2 tblspn roasted gram flour
½ tblspn kabab masala
Fresh coriander
For Hara bhara Kabab Filling
2 tblspn hang yogurt
1 ½ tblspn Choopd Cashew nut
1 tblspn Choopd fresh mint
½ tspn Choopd Green chilli
Pinch of kebab masala
Salt to taste
For coating
1 tblspn plain flour
1 tblspn cornstarch
pinch of salt
water as required
some panko (bread crumb) for tossing
oil for deep fry
For Plating
Mustard mayo
Tandoori mayo
Sweet chutney
Sweet yogurt
Sprinkle gun power or chat masala.
