"Join us on a flavor-packed journey Down Under as we whip up a tantalizing Aussie twist on the beloved Indonesian classic, Nasi Goreng! 🍛🔥 Watch as we blend aromatic spices with locally sourced ingredients like basmati rice, tender chicken, and farm-fresh veggies to create a mouthwatering fusion dish that'll transport you straight to the bustling streets of Jakarta. 🌆✨

📝 Recipe:
- Cooked jasmine/Basmati rice
- Chicken breast.or tenderloin diced
- Eggs
- Garlic, minced
- Shallots, thinly sliced, we used garlic shallots chopped
- Red chilli, chopped
- Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and crispy fried shallots

1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Sauté garlic, shallots, nasi goreng paste and chilli until fragrant.
2. Add diced chicken, stirring until cooked through.
3. Toss in cooked rice, kecap manis, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring continuously until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions, chopped tomato and crispy fried shallots.
