โœจHow to make kombu vinegar

list of ingredients
โ—Ž 1 small piece of kombu (10g)
โ—Ž Vinegar 50g
โ—Ž Sugar 10g

1. Mix sugar and vinegar in a small saucepan.
2. Add kombu and heat until it boils once.
3. Take out the kelp and transfer it to a container.
