You haven't tried Maje Soba, a hot place with waiting? If you follow this method, you can make it right away without waiting for a good restaurant!

[Ingredients]
340g of minced pork (It was enough for 4 people after making it), green onion, leek, garlic, katsuobushi powder, seaweed powder, egg yolk, frozen Chinese noodles

[Seasoning]
1/2 spoon miso (usually doenjang!),
2 spoons of brewed soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of plum syrup (sugar replaceable), 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1/2 spoon of cooking salt, 1/4 cup of water, a little bit of pepper

[How to make it]
1. Chop green onion, leek, and garlic and cut them
2. Mix the ingredients in the seasoning compartment in advance and prepare to stir-fry the meat
3. Put cooking oil on the pan and stir-fry 1 spoon of minced garlic
4. Add the meat and stir-fry it until it turns white
5. Add all the stir-fried seasoning and boil it down until it becomes bland without moisture
6. Mix frozen noodles in boiling water for about a minute
7. Put 1 spoon of sesame oil and 1 spoon of Tzuyu in a bowl
8. Put the noodles in and mix well with the basic sauce
9. Sesame oil and TZUYU on top of the noodles
10. Add chives, green onions, katsuobushi powder, minced garlic, seaweed powder, and egg yolk
11. Mix it well and have a bite
12. What a thick taste. The hot Maje soba is complete!
*TIP: If you eat about half of it and add vinegar and red pepper oil, it will create a unique taste, so make sure to try it!
