1. Microbiome Steamed Vegetables
1) Tools
You can also use it by placing a stainless steel steamer in a regular pot.

2) Material
Beets, radishes, carrots, yam, burdock root, or lotus root
Anything you choose among cabbage, Chinese cabbage, or spinach
Anything you choose among broccoli, cauliflower, or eggplant

3) How to cook
Place a steamer in a pot and steam it for a long time over low heat. (An electric steamer like the one Ari used would be a little more convenient)
Steam hard vegetables for about 1 hour, and other vegetables for a short time up to your taste, then take them out.
Sprinkle plenty of extra virgin olive oil on the hot steamed vegetables, sprinkle an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar (3 olive oil: 1~2 balsamic vinegar), and sprinkle salt or pepper to eat.
(Optional) You can eat more deliciously if you have lemon cubes out of grinding a whole lemon.

2. Avocado Mayonnaise
1) Material

2 pinches of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar (or 20g of lemon cube) 👉 https://link.coupang.com/a/OAFa3
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard 👉 https://link.coupang.com/a/OAGHX
2) Cooking method
Bring the eggs out to room temperature beforehand so they aren't cold.
Add all of the ingredients above and mix with a hand blender (goblin's bat) while pressing firmly. (not moving)
Once the texture is set to a certain extent, gently move it to mix evenly and finish.
Can be stored for up to 2 weeks if refrigerated cleanly

3. Salmon steak (steamed instead of grilled is good)
Marinade the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, and herbs and leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the salmon over low heat so that it doesn't burn.
(Optional) Put a little white wine during it and steam it.
It's done when the inside of the salmon is cooked.

4. Tartar Sauce
150g avocado oil mayonnaise
1/2 onion (100g) minced
50g capers, minced
1 pinch of salt
(optional) 1 tablespoon (6g) allulose powder
(optional) 1 tbsp minced garlic
