1. Clean the thick stems of chard leaves and steam them for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
2. Mix cooked chickpeas, squeezed tofu, chopped onion and garlic and season to make dumplings.

2. Dice the vegetables into small pieces and mix.
3. Lay paper foil on the steamer, add vegetables, and steam for 15 minutes.
4. Place in a bowl with vegan Parmesan cheese.

Namul sauce:
2 tablespoons perilla oil
1/2 tbsp powdered soy sauce or 1 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves

1 cup dandelion
1 cup beet leaves
1 cup watercress
1 cup chicory
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1 cup kale

1-2 tablespoons perilla powder

1. Make a dressing with perilla oil for seasoning namul.
2. Cut the leafy vegetables into bite-size pieces and place them on the steamer.
3. Sprinkle the namul sauce evenly and steam for 5 minutes.
4. Put it on top of the rice and sprinkle with perilla powder.
